Unused gear can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, while used but undamaged gear qualifies only for store credit within 30 days; the official page I found confirms the exclusions but not these exact windows, which come from third-party sites.

- Cost to return
- Mail returns carry a flat label fee reported as $6.99 or $8.99 (sources differ); in-store returns are free.
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Items marked Final Sale
- Final sale: Items marked As Is
- Final sale: Items marked Made-to-Order
- Final sale: Perishables such as trail food, energy gels, and supplements
- Final sale: Custom-mounted skis
- Final sale: Dirty, damaged, or worn gear
