PetSmart return policy
PetSmart accepts online returns within 60 days of purchase, either at any store or by mail, if the item is in original packaging and new or sellable condition.

- Refunded to the original payment method (card, e-gift card, or original form of payment for other methods); shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Cost to return
- Free for in-store returns; mail returns are free only with a PetSmart-issued label, otherwise shipping is the customer's cost.

- Final sale: Prescription medication products (no returns or exchanges)
