Rejuvenation return policy
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order (7 days for in-stock upholstery), but custom lighting, made-to-order furniture, and several other categories are excluded.
- Refund
- Refund of the merchandise value to the original payment method; returns with a gift receipt get merchandise credit instead; shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
- Cost to return
- Customer may pay return shipping depending on the reason for return; Rejuvenation provides return labels for defective items or shipping errors.
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Custom or made-to-order items, including lighting, furniture, door sets, shower sets, and plumbing
- Final sale: Final sale items priced ending in $.97 or $.99
- Final sale: Items without an original or gift receipt
- Final sale: Gift cards
- Final sale: Items shipped directly from the vendor
- Final sale: Rejuvenation Vintage items
