SAIL return policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, free in store, with a $10 fee for mailed returns unless the customer is an Expert-level Explore+ member.

- Refunded to the original payment method; mailed returns are refunded within 7 business days of the parcel reaching the warehouse.
