Eligible new, unopened, uninstalled items can be returned within 45 days of purchase, either to any store or for online purchases.
- Refund
- Full refund to the original payment method with a receipt or order confirmation; without proof of purchase, a merchandise gift card at the item's lowest selling price in the past 45 days.
- Cost to return
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to the company's error; certain special orders and commercial tools carry a 15% restocking fee.
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Products or purchases identified as All Sales Final
