Returns are accepted within 30 days, counted from purchase for in-store orders and from delivery for online orders.
- Refund
- Refunded to the original payment method; gifts and returns without a receipt get a merchandise credit (gift card) for in-store use only.
- Cost to return
- In-store returns are free. The official page does not say who pays return shipping for mailed returns, and original shipping and handling fees may not be refundable.
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Lease-to-own items (Progressive Easy Leasing) are not eligible for return or refund
- Final sale: Items returned after the 30-day window receive a merchandise credit instead of a refund
