New, unused gear can be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, while used gear gets store credit within 30 days.

- Full refund to the original payment method for new, unused gear; store credit if that method is unavailable or for used gear and bikes.
- Cost to return
- $8.99 flat-rate FedEx label, deducted from the refund (waived for store credit); $25 for oversized items. The bike returns page says bike returns are at no cost.
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Items marked "final sale"
- Final sale: Items marked "as is"
- Final sale: Made-to-order items
- Final sale: Products damaged by negligence or abuse, or that appear used beyond normal use
