New items can be returned within 30 days, reconditioned items within 120 days, and some brands and product types have their own rules.

Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Engine-powered equipment (gas and oil) once gassed or oiled
- Final sale: Tankless hot water heaters (manufacturer must approve first)
