Unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective items can be returned within 60 days of ship date, with free returns when you take an e-gift card refund.

Sale and final-sale items

  • Final sale: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Final sale: Items shipped directly from third-party brands are handled separately
  • Final sale: Heavy items are handled separately
  • Final sale: Items bought through Amazon or Walmart are handled separately
