Unused, unworn domestic items can be returned within 30 days of shipment, through Cuyana's online return portal or at its stores.

- Full refund as Cuyana credit, or refund to the original payment method minus an $8 return shipping and admin fee
- Cost to return
- Free if taken as Cuyana credit; $8 fee deducted if refunded to the original payment method
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Monogrammed items
- Final sale: Items marked Final Sale
- Final sale: Sample sale items
- Final sale: Purchases made with Cuyana credit or gift cards
