Havertys offers a three-day reselect-or-cancel policy from delivery or pickup, with separate mattress comfort-exchange terms.
- Refund
- Cancelled purchases are refunded for the original merchandise; FedEx-shipped refunds are processed by Havertys Credit Services 10 days after the return.
- Cost to return
- Delivery fees and the original FedEx shipping charge are not refunded, and FedEx-shipped cancellations incur a 15% restocking fee.
