U.S. online orders can be returned free by mail or to a U.S. Janie and Jack store within 30 days of purchase, if unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.

- Free prepaid return shipping on all U.S. returns, except Marketplace purchases.

- Final sale: Items priced ending in $0.97

- Final sale: Marketplace purchases, which must go back to the seller
