NAPA Online return policy
Most new parts, used cores, damaged or wrong items can be sent back within 30 days of receipt, with refunds issued after NAPA gets the item.

- Original price plus sales tax, within 15 business days of NAPA receiving the return; core credits follow the same timing.
- Cost to return
- Free via UPS for ship-to-home orders (batteries excluded); NAPA covers freight when the error was its own. Accessories (ACC- orders) use a separate page.
