Paper Culture offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, with the customer submitting a ticket within 60 days of shipping to request a reprint or refund.

Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Approved proofs with missing information, typos, capitalization errors or wrong information
- Final sale: Photo problems the company advised against, where the customer used the photo anyway
- Final sale: Requests made after the 60-day return period has ended
- Final sale: Software and services already refunded, which cannot be used afterward
- Final sale: Items returned without a ticket and order number
