SimpliSafe return policy
Systems bought directly from SimpliSafe can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, but retail-partner and other online-seller purchases must go back to where they were bought.

Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Products bought from retail partners or other online sellers (must return at the original point of sale)
- Final sale: Purchases made outside the U.S.
- Final sale: Items damaged, altered, or incorrectly installed
- Final sale: Returns requested after the 60-day window
- Final sale: Previously billed monitoring fees (not refunded)
