Unused, non-customized YETI.com purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase through the returns portal.

- Final sale: Items purchased from authorized dealers (their policy applies)
- Final sale: Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale: Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging
