Items can be returned to the warehouse for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if they are in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

- Customer pays insured, trackable return shipping; pickup or refused-delivery fees of an estimated $1.50/lb are deducted from the refund.
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Floor models sold AS IS
- Final sale: Orders for floor models cannot be cancelled or returned
- Final sale: Warranties purchased from AppliancesConnection are non-refundable
- Final sale: Installed or used items, or items missing original packaging, UPC code, or blank warranty card
