Tillys accepts returns within 30 days of the online order date or in-store purchase date when you have a receipt and the items are in original condition.

- Free if returned in store; a return-label fee applies by mail (official help center cites $5.95, third-party guides say $6.95). Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
