Toro return policy
Toro.com purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days of placing the order, if the item is unused, complete with packaging, and not marked non-returnable.

- Refund for the item's purchase price, paid directly by Toro within 3-4 weeks of the return.
- Cost to return
- Customer pays return shipping; Toro refunds shipping only if the return results from a Toro error.
Sale and final-sale items
- Final sale: Items that use flammable liquids or fuels, even if drained
- Final sale: Machines that have been fueled (must be unused and never fueled)
- Final sale: Items whose toro.com product description says 'This item is not returnable'
- Final sale: Items missing original components or packaging
- Final sale: Items that are not unused
