Powell's accepts returns of products in original condition within 30 days of receipt, with refunds to the original payment form and returns accepted at store locations or by mail.

- Final sale: Food items
- Final sale: Orders of 10 or more copies of the same book title
- Final sale: Orders of 5 or more copies of the same title exceeding $300
